Work with cross functional stakeholders to surface requirements, dependencies, and priorities

Direct experience in the introduction of hardware products

Direct experience in construction/renewables/electrical installation industries

Direct experience driving change, efficiency gains, and cost reduction within a national organization

Effective communication and exceptional interpersonal skills

Experience and comfort working with large datasets to drive decision making
