As a member of our incredible team, here is what you’ll do:
The Manager of Clinical and Client Programs is passionate about problem solving, running effective projects, and building lasting relationships with payer, PBM, EHR, and health system clients to drive client satisfaction. They will collaborate with commercial stakeholders to drive unique and sophisticated implementations and resolve partner inquiries across payer, PBM, health system and EHR partners. This role will support advanced client engagements including product feedback, optimization, and partnering with internal analytics and commercial resources to drive satisfaction. The ideal candidate has an understanding of payer, PBM, and health system ecosystems and has worked in clinical or pharmaceutical workflows, allowing them to serve as a true trusted advisor across multiple stakeholder groups.
Among Other Things, Here Is What You Will Do
  • Identify opportunities to use your pharmacy background to add value across the commercial and product organization
  • Review usage analytics with various client stakeholders to drive client decision-making, training, and enhancements
  • Support ongoing business reviews for health system, PBM, and payer clients, and ad hoc presentations to support partnerships to increase adoption and satisfaction.
  • Manage and track all clinical product feedback and strategic opportunities, using standardized processes in tools such as Salesforce, AHA, and Confluence
  • Identify upsell opportunities, coordinating activity with sales, analytics, marketing, and engagement side resources.
  • Maintain a regular communication loop with commercial leadership and product management teammates to pass on product enhancement and other needs of our clients
  • Partner on pharmacy-related aspects of implementations with the SwiftRx Product suite, including development of project plans, meeting facilitation, documentation of notes, next step planning, and standardization of processes
  • Plan and lead advanced and highly customized customer kick-offs, implementations, end-user trainings, and support relationship owners in ongoing data and business reviews
  • In coordination with account owners, run internal quarterly Client Profile Reviews including assessment of product enhancement opportunities, assessment of reported product issues, known strategic initiatives reported by client, reporting any key contact changes, and competitive information
Ideal Qualifications We Seek In a Candidate
  • Understanding of Health Information Technology (HIT) considerations
  • Advanced residency or fellowship experience is preferred (e.g., managed care, health system administration)
  • Deep payer, PBM, provider, and health system knowledge and experience
  • Health system informatics experience and/or Epic certification is highly desirable
  • 3+ years of experience working in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Ability to conduct clear and concise presentations for pharmacy, technical, and corporate executive audiences
  • Strong attention-to-detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build and maintain productive, positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A doctorate degree in pharmacy from an accredited college or university

This is a full-time remote position, with the option of traveling to cowork in our Denver, CO headquarters a few times a year. The successful candidate must already have authorization to work in the United States. At this time, Arrive Health does not offer sponsorship.
