Senior Manager, Product Operations

Summary

The Senior Manager, Product Operations will drive product initiatives with multiple functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to improve the adoption of our products, expansion into global markets and efficiency of internal operations. This role requires a mixture of creativity, curiosity, tenacity and practicality in order to drive complex strategic initiatives to the desired results.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison with 3rd party product providers, contract manufacturers and other key technical partners to facilitate relationships, stay current on developments and identify opportunities for further expansion of the relationship.
• Orchestrate Product Launch Strategy to ensure that all teams are ready to support launches.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to inform and influence strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the product pricing and regulatory operations function including investigation, coordination and management of regulatory compliance and logistics strategies for our products on a global basis.
• Provide leadership on teams evaluating improvement opportunities to provide clarity in ambiguous situations, determine solution paths and make stakeholders aware of risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage the creation and execution of goals aligning with company revenue, sales and product strategies.
• Partner with Product Management and other internal teams to determine the feasibility of projects, establish priorities and implement GTM strategies.
• Assist with evaluation of technical partnerships and M&A opportunities.
• Within the Business Operations team, assist in driving special projects to achieve desired company-wide results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Analytics, Corporate Strategy, Product Management, Engineering, or Operations. Product operations experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience managing teams
• Experience working in the Proptech/IOT/Security System industry
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Excellent business judgment and problem-solving/analytical skills
• Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives and partnering effectively on cross-functional projects
