As a User Experience Designer, you will…

Work with our design and engineering team to improve design patterns, standards, methods, and/or processes for our team.

Partner with User Research to ensure that your design concepts meet our customer’s expectations and will deliver the desired results.

Prepare documentation to ensure your designs are well understood by stakeholders and detailed enough for efficient development.

Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Highly self-motivated and able to manage time effectively.

Proactively capture user insights and design opportunities to support the Product Managers in translating insights into user stories and product requirements.

Required Education, Experience & Skills

Associates Degree and 2-3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and years of experience

Define user personas, use cases and user requirements

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences (this includes verbiage)

Create designs appropriate for iOS and Android, understands the platform capabilities

Proficient in project management and organizational skills.

Ability to integrate vendor/third-party applications and propriety, "in house" products into a holistic user experience.

Some experience in service design and design thinking facilitation preferred.

Experience delivering responsive design solutions for a variety of devices and form factors.

Excellent collaboration and motivational skills.

Takes ownership for self-development and stays current with UX skills including UX Design techniques, tools, and best practices.

2-4 years of experience working in a fast-paced agency environment preferred

Experience working in a highly collaborative environment across multiple disciplines
