Experience in producing wireframes, prototypes, process maps, journey maps, personas, service blueprints and other visual methods for presenting insights to stakeholders

Translate high-level requirements into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while maintaining top-tier user experience.

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the design and overall user experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI libraries/frameworks.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical mind.

Collaborate with product managers to understand business and user needs and translate them into design requirements and specifications.

Use your understanding of user experience best practices to create designs that are easy to use and understand.

At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

A strong portfolio of work that showcases your design process and problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand and translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience facilitating workshops or knowledge-sharing sessions

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a UX/UI Designer, creating visually stunning designs that captivate users and drive results

Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions, collaborate effectively, and build strong relationships with stakeholders and teammates

Previous experience working within an agency or consulting environment

Experience working with quantitative or qualitative user testing or validation

Knowledge of branding, analytics, or data

Experience designing for Web, mobile responsive, and native mobile platforms.

Deep knowledge of design systems including Website’s best practices, iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design Guidelines

Understanding and experience with accessibility guidelines

Must have experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Invision, Lucid chart, Photoshop, etc.

Proven experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
