Ui Designer Jobs

Look Listen is seeking a UI Designer to join its creative team. This role will execute Visual Design efforts across digital marketing, interface design, and responsive web design. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, enthusiasm for mastering their craft, and a passion for improving the overall user experience through their work. Our creative team works independently and in collaboration with other practices to deliver effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Functions & Responsibilities

Look Listen’s UI Designer position requires familiarity with designing for native and web applications and responsive web design. Your portfolio will show your ability to execute digital assets across various touchpoints, including websites, apps, landing pages, banner ads, social media content, emails, brand identity/logos, brand guidelines, presentation decks, infographics, and iconography. Your work will also show your experience working on cross-functional teams, including development and design leads, content creators, project managers, and our client services team to ensure all assets communicate the client’s objectives completed on time and within budget. In addition, you will take on occasional production tasks,including sourcing photography and iconography, resizing images, updating presentations, and digital production.

Skills & Qualifications

• A deep understanding of UI design, typography, illustrative styles, and Human-Centered Design standards
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in web and interactive design, graphic design, or a related field
• Experience working in a highly collaborative environment across multiple disciplines
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• You’re comfortable following directions, receiving feedback, and asking lots of questions in a hybrid (remote/on-site) working environment
• 2-4 years of experience working in a fast-paced agency environment preferred
• Exceptional competency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Professional portfolio of work across a variety of digital platforms
• Ability to quickly create pixel-perfect designs that support our clients’ communications goals and objectives
