Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes.

Collaborate with colleagues (including vendor teams) on improving skills and practices.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in Design / Human Factors or related field plus minimum of 6 years related work experience.

Working knowledge of design best practices and accessibility standards.

Experience building out and governing design systems.

Visual design, illustration, and/or prototyping skills.

Sound knowledge of web and mobile UI technologies.

A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience designing for content management systems

Collaborate with the operations team (QA, project managers, development) to understand problems and achieve solutions

Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks

3-5 years of graphic design experience

3-5 years of experience designing for web

1-2 years of experience with UX design

Contribute to ongoing user testing and user experience research, including field research trips traveling with our Guests

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human-computer interaction, graphic design, user experience design, or a related field

Strong visual design skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies
