Ux/Ui Designer Jobs

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ONSITE IN THE BUCKHEAD AREA OF ATLANTA 2 DAYS A WEEK!

Responsibilities:

• Facilitates design reviews and knowledge transfer in such a way that participants recognize the value and commit to recurring engagements
• Builds a comprehensive understanding of client needs and opportunities via structured research interaction with internal advocates, research participants, clients, and prospects.
• Design portfolio available for review
• Constructively participate in the design review meetings of peers
• Ability to thrive in an agile environment and utilize multiple approaches to gaining insights - from analytics to “guerrilla” to traditional
• Creates resources (wire frames, design artifacts, documentation) that empower software engineers to implement specific functionality consistently
• Increases consistency and efficacy of existing user interface metaphors throughout the platform
• Contributes to the extension of resources (including design systems, documentation, and training material) that empower software engineers in the organization to contribute to advancement of our UX consistency by adopting and leveraging leading design patterns on their own
• 3+ years of experience specifically involving design strategy and/or research, and utilizing the correct processes, tools, and methodologies for mapping product implementation to the needs and experiences of the user.
• Recruiting Guidelines:
• Holds UX design review meetings for their work
• Experience with Balsamiq and Figma
• Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience
• Atlanta based, hybrid model (Tuesday & Wednesday in office)
