Assist in preparing and presenting research findings to stakeholders that use data to champion the best possible user experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a technical field

Experience with user research, human machine interaction, or related field

Experience with usability testing and surveys, as well as data analysis

Excellent collaboration, observational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills alongside the desire and ability to see things from multiple perspectives

You must be capable of building and maintaining strong relationships while advocating for meaningful improvements to our customer experiences

Ensure work delivery, including accurate estimation, time management, & communication

Minimum of 5 years’ post-secondary education or relevant work experience

Comprehensive knowledge of and hands-on experience with user interface and user experience research and design techniques

Strong graphic design skills and experience in creating visual identities

Manage UI/UX design multiple projects simultaneously in collaboration with developer lead, project lead, and the principal investigator

Expert knowledge of Figma or state-of-the-art user interface design tools
