Procurement Senior Manager Jobs in Pennsylvania

As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will be entrusted with several responsibilities, including:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in leading procurement for a specific supply category.

Senior Procurement Manager - Marketing/ Professional Services/ IT Categories

Partnering with one or more Business Units (BU's) or commercial functions

Developing the procurement strategy for the BU(s) and leading sourcing and negotiation efforts in line with the strategy.

Collaborating with global category Procurement team members to optimize global buying power while addressing local business needs.

Project management experience is a plus

Experience with new product development

APP, CPM, APICS, CPIM certifications are a plus

Prepare requests for quotations (RFQs/RFPs), analyze supplier responses, and confirm purchase orders

Establishes and maintains strategic partnerships with suppliers

Facilitates product changes by participating on new product development teams

Engage, foster relationships, and collaborate with stakeholders across Global Sourcing, Procurement & Vendor Management (GSPV), Business Areas both domestically and internationally.

Thorough understanding of the commercial environment, best and future practices and the deployment / management of internal and external partners.

Assess opportunities, develop requirements, lead RFx events, identify, engage, and select suppliers, and contract for goods and services globally.

Knowledge of Market Data related to Marketing and Gen.

Strong commercial and negotiation skills and proven Value generation (cost-savings, DPO, etc.) results.

Excellent listening and communication skills with ability to present ideas in a concise and organized manner.
