6+ years experience, firm and in-house

Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and other statutes

Ensure company-wide compliance with GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, LGPD, and more

Work with product teams on licensing matters, regulatory issues, etc.

Proven experience in program management, technical program management, privacy, compliance, legal operations, or related fields

Launch, optimize and manage privacy program software, including implementation, communications, and utilization among key stakeholders such as Security and Engineering

Assist with managing employee privacy training and education programs, including any Privacy Champion or similar program

Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree qualifications

Knowledge of core principles of privacy laws and regulations and an interest in monitoring and researching evolving global privacy laws

Experience working for a technology company, ideally in a SaaS environment

2 years of experience building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management).

POSITION TITLE: HR Privacy Analyst

DURATION: 3-6 Months (Potential for extension)

• Working with HR business owners to document processes and develop risk mitigation plans.

Conduct management monitoring and work with HR business owners to ensure HR processes are compliant with client’s global records retention policy.

Excellent communications and analytical skills with preferred experience in data privacy, HR, compliance, legal, or tech

Experience working with HR business owners to document processes and develop risk mitigation plans.

Work with HR business owners to complete Privacy Impact Assessments, inclusive of assessing and documenting HR processes

Support the HR Privacy team in specific initiatives to mitigate cyber-security risks, e.g., confirming the return of laptops.

Develop and report program metrics, e.g., monthly/quarterly BAA Checklist requests, Privacy requests/forms processed to management as required.
