Job Description

We are working with a growing AdTech firm looking for an experienced Privacy Counsel to join their legal team near San Mateo, CA. This company has strong global presence, so international privacy experience is preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Building out privacy frameworks
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, LGPD, and more
  • Work with product teams on licensing matters, regulatory issues, etc.


Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and other statutes
  • Expertise with data protection
  • J.D. (2016 or earlier)
  • 6+ years experience, firm and in-house
