Ensure company-wide compliance with GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, LGPD, and more

Work with product teams on licensing matters, regulatory issues, etc.

Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.

3-8 years of experience in a privacy analyst role.

Excellent organizational and written skills.

Exceptional client service and personal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write clearly and effectively.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Ability to apply privacy principles to organizational requirements (relevant to confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation).

6+ years' experience in privacy, security, technical project management or related technical disciplines.

Project manage and execute on the implementation of enterprise-wide cross-functional privacy and compliance initiatives.

Develop metrics to measure success of privacy initiatives and manage reporting these metrics to leadership.

Knowledge of existing and emerging global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, MHMD Act, US state privacy laws)

Experience identifying and mitigating privacy risk, leveraging technical solutions and processes.

Experience with managing large scale, enterprise level data privacy and/or compliance initiatives in fast paced environments.

Counseling business partners on domestic and international privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), regulations, and industry best practices

Drafting and negotiating B2B and B2C contracts and disclosures, including privacy policies, TOS, and EULAs

Ensuring that privacy matters are incorporated at the design stage into all products and ensuring compliance with privacy policies and procedures

Supporting sales and procurement teams in reviewing and negotiating privacy and security contractual provisions as necessary, including remediation of existing contracts

Drafting and implementing security breach response plans

Designing and training internal staff on privacy and compliance policies

4+ years of experience in privacy management.

Strong technological skillsets including experience with managing privacy organization and workflow tools.

Maintains current knowledge of applicable global, federal, and state privacy laws and accreditation standards.

Bachelor's degree in an IT, Legal or Audit related field of study, or equivalent experience.

Experience working in a consumer centric industry preferred.

Working knowledge of U.S and international privacy law, including GDPR, CCPA, PIPL, etc.
