Job Description
Are you skilled in evaluating data privacy and compliance effectiveness? We are seeking a Privacy Auditor to join our team. As a Privacy Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in assessing client data privacy measures and ensuring their compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
  • Utilize technical expertise to gauge the protection and management of personal information.
  • Evaluate evidence to determine the effectiveness of privacy frameworks, regulatory adherence, and contractual commitments.
  • Provide external and objective perspectives, presenting findings in both written and oral formats.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time for on-site client assessments.
  • Collaborate with clients to communicate conclusions, whether confirming adherence or suggesting improvements.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client data privacy measures using proprietary tools and direct client interactions.

  • Document all audit activities meticulously, ensuring transparent analysis.
  • Review and approve audit documentation and deliverables promptly prior to client release.

  • Manage four to six concurrent projects at varying stages in the audit life cycle.
  • Maintain regular and clear communication with clients, providing weekly progress updates and timely responses.
  • Interpret and apply audit frameworks accurately, considering each client's unique context.
Continuous Growth:
  • Engage in continuous training to stay updated on evolving privacy regulations and practices.
  • Set, communicate, and pursue professional development goals.
Contributions to Company Success:
  • Complete expense reports within 30 days and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Drive process improvements by offering recommendations and support.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, professional writers, and sales and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Attend virtual team calls weekly and participate in bi-annual team meetings.
  • Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, acknowledging receipt and promptly completing assigned tasks.
