Experience with privacy impact assessments and risk management

7+ years of experience in backend development

Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP

Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience writing business and functional requirements with specifications, including strong documentation skills

Make recommendations to business process changes based on experience, analysis, and best practices

Provide advice on tooling and technology, including understanding capabilities and limitations

3 years’ experience in related field

Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills required to interface with and influence cross-functional leaders, including senior stakeholders

Manage a knowledge base of applicable rules, regulations and requirements and related privacy and data protection business controls.

Project management experience and the ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines and maintain flexibility in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Highly effective, business-friendly and persuasive writing and communication skills including excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
