Lead VIP Customer management as Porsche Classic’s owner concierge

Coordinate all program requests to PCNA and PAG Factory Restoration Management, and Sonderwunsch teams

Manager creation of project memory offerings, including Restoration Booklets

Manage all vehicle personalization templates in alignment with Porsche AG for the Sonderwunsch program

Partners with Corporate Sales Trainer/Organizational Development team to ensure a cohesive training and onboarding experience for all new SEMs

Meets with clients as needed to assist in providing the proper sales experience for the client

Helps to manage the intake, training and implementation of enhancements to Avondale’s Variable technology systems

Manages the success and engagement of technologies through accountable reporting

Provide administrative support to Sales Team and Managers as needed.

Previous experience in a related role preferred

Greet and assist customers who visit the sales department.

Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record

The Dealer Customer Experience Manager (DCEM) is a champion for the customer, working interdepartmentally to maximize the Customer Experience.

Manage the daily activities of valets, greeters, drivers and service receptionists.

Presentation and upkeep of retail merchandise display. Coordination with Parts Manager on ordering and inventory of retail items.

Coordination with Service Manager on utilization of Porsche Dealer-to-Customer Goodwill programs for customer satisfaction.

Regularly analyze dealership web presence for ease of customer use. DCEM keeps dealership website current with associate bios and accurate information/specials.

Handle service appointment setting or provide assistance to Service Advisors for this function when necessary.

Obtain the training necessary for factory qualifications and the product knowledge necessary to present each model’s features and benefits.

Work with store management to serve our customers’ needs with purchasing vehicles.

Prior Automotive Sales Experience Preferred

Superior customer service and follow up skills

Minimum of two years new vehicle sales management experience

Manage the new vehicle sales desk in an efficient and productive manner focusing on the customer’s needs and time considerations

Manage and maintain an adequate inventory of new vehicles

Luxury automotive dealership experience strongly preferred

Excellent verbal, math, and leadership skills. These skills may be tested and evaluated
