What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our Porsche Marin team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

  • Manage the new vehicle sales desk in an efficient and productive manner focusing on the customer’s needs and time considerations
  • Prepare documents and paperwork for the business office accurately.
  • Utilize CRM to record all opportunities and ensure proper follow up is completed
  • Work with salespeople daily to assist with their working prospects as well as prospecting for future business
  • Utilize market-based pricing tools
  • Manage and maintain an adequate inventory of new vehicles
  • Report sales progress daily to GM
  • Assist in weekly training of salespeople regarding sales processes, inventory, and ongoing customer satisfaction efforts

The opportunity is for you if you have:

  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
  • Minimum of two years new vehicle sales management experience
  • Luxury automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Excellent verbal, math, and leadership skills. These skills may be tested and evaluated
  • Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail

Pay range for this role is: $120,000 - $350,000 per year

Employee will be compensated through a combination of hourly pay and commissions/ bonuses, which will vary based on productivity
