This individual should have a strong automotive background, be a leader, motivate others and be confident in all aspects of this management position. Candidates must possess excellent customer and follow-up skills, while maintaining the highest level of CSI with the manufacturer. Candidate must have positive team-oriented mentality and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

• Applicant must be able to pass a background and drug screening

• Work experience and references required
• Outstanding communication & organization skills
• Ability to manage high volume.
• Experience with multi-point inspections & selling techniques
• Complete Shop Knowledge

• Ability to motivate, train others to succeed and effectively supervise them
