Responsibilities – Pre-owned Sales Manager:
  • Lead, assist and motivate the sales team in meeting sales goals
  • Proficient in computing and quoting sales price
  • Train a high-performance sales team that closes deals
  • Understand dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance
Qualifications/Requirements – Pre-owned Sales Manager:
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Social media skills and computer proficient
  • Energetic with excellent leadership and sales ability
  • Motivated to achieve high standards
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Finance experience is helpful
  • Must be great with inventory turn, digital and lot merchandising
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to drive sales and produce results; must be a strong closer
  • Previous experience as an automotive sales manager required
