  • Complete administrative tasks efficiently, including creating offer paperwork in IronClad, submitting background checks, conducting reference check calls, and managing new hire checklists.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Utilize Greenhouse as an applicant tracking system (ATS) to create job postings, screen applications, schedule and conduct interviews, manage candidate communications, and extend offers.
  • Engage with other third-party service providers as appropriate at the request of Campminder's VP of People & Culture.
  • Own and execute the end-to-end sourcing and hiring process for up to 10 open positions simultaneously.
  • Utilize your proven sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive talent.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture and the internal marketing team to publish job opportunities.
  • Understand role requirements, define interview plans/teams, finalize job descriptions, and align expectations with hiring managers.
  • Utilize tools such as Greenhouse (ATS), Slack, IronClad (document management), and Google Drive/Calendar/Gmail.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, specifically for technical roles, with a strong track record of successfully sourcing passive candidates, you most likely have 5-10 years of experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to determine the right course of action or consult with stakeholders when necessary.
