Are you experienced in full-cycle recruiting? Are you skilled in sourcing and managing candidates through LinkedIn and other job boards? Are you passionate about discovering the best mutual-fit for candidates and the company?


SAY Group is a female-owned, fast-growing recruiting, consulting, and training company. We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team supporting recruiting needs for clients in various industries. We are looking for a skilled Recruiter with a track record of high performance in a fast-paced environment. You will manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple job functions: IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, HR.


In this recruiting role, you will be heavily involved in sourcing, interviewing, and offer extension. The right person will be energetic and passionate about recruiting. Work from home; 25+ hrs/week, hours will fluctuate based on role.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy
  • Actively source candidates through various channels primarily through LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Extend, negotiate, and close offers
  • Identify and assess a diverse candidate pool; managing candidates through the end of the recruiting process
  • Provide superior communication
  • Conduct detailed/thorough candidate interviews and present qualified candidates for consideration


Qualifications:

  • Excellent sourcing skills and background of managing passive candidates
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently while managing high job volume
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both to talent pool and clients
  • Deep passion for recruiting
  • IT Recruiting experience or strong knowledge of Engineering roles, highly preferred
  • 2+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
  • Application Tracking Systems experience
  • BA/BS degree in business, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience
