Job Description

The Contract Recruiter at OrthoArizona will recruit, source, and hire top talent for all departments. You will also provide recommendations and solutions covering specific areas of recruitment including market trends analysis, candidate selection, analysis of recruitment metrics, and other recruitment services.


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Give verbal offers of employment to selected candidates, as well as maintain a strong level of negotiation skills
  • Support student, mentor, research and fellowship programs as needed
  • Create and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings
  • Screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, and evaluate skill level.
  • Manage high volume recruitment
  • Ensure open position job descriptions are regularly updated and clearly state the major duties and responsibilities of the position
  • Produce and maintain staffing reports, conduct analysis on statistics and monitor functional KPI’s (such as DTF, CPH, Efficiencies, new hire turnover.)
  • Maintain proper usage of the internal ATS to include required documentation and tracking of candidate progress
  • Evaluate candidates for skill set, cultural fit, availability, interest level, and compensation needs for both internal and external candidates.
  • Sources passive candidates via indeed, LinkedIn, and the internal ATS
  • Provide recruiting status updates to leadership including market trends, targets, pipelines, sourcing/recruiting challenges/issues
  • Interviewing, qualifying, and building relationships with candidates
  • Establish strong relationships, build trust, and maintain open and confidential communication, collaboration and insight to asses talent needs from hiring managers


Qualifications


  • Proficiency in MS office, and other information systems crucial to the HR function
  • 1 year of experience in human resources such as a recruiting position, or related role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong people and project management skills
