Job Description

*This position is 3 days on site in our Conshohocken, PA office with 2 days working remotely.


BTG Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Contract Recruiter to source, recruit, interview and retain qualified candidates for multiple open positions. This position will be responsible for the development of a pipeline of candidates, the recruitment process, including interviewing and selecting, and the ongoing relationship with each candidate. The ideal candidate will have a background in Human Resources or related field and experience with Human Resources/talent acquisition.


Responsibilities

  • Report on recruitment status to management.
  • Follow recruitment plan that meets recruiting objectives such as time-to-hire, candidate satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop an understanding of employer staffing needs and staffing strategies.
  • Evaluate candidates’ skills, work experience, performance and attitudes to determine suitability for the position.
  • Conduct candidate selection interviews using multiple methods (e.g., phone, video telephony, in-person interview).
  • Conduct initial interviews to determine qualifications and assess job requirements.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for 10-20 roles at a time.
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers to identify job needs and fill them by sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and retaining qualified candidates.
  • Track candidate progress and report on recruiting objectives.

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience working in high volume recruiting/talent acquisition. 2-3 years preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for corporate roles.
  • Strong communication skills to work alongside HR department.
