A Pharma Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for pharmaceutical positions. A Pharma Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for pharmaceutical positions. They work with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and develop recruitment strategies to find the best candidates. They may also be responsible for onboarding and training new hires. The Pharma Recruiter will source candidates through job postings, job boards, social media, and other recruitment methods. They will review resumes and applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and make hiring decisions. They will also provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, the Pharma Recruiter will maintain records of all recruitment activities and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.What is Pharma Recruiter Job Skills Required?
