They are also responsible for creating and maintaining a positive work environment and culture that is conducive to employee engagement and productivity. Detailed Job Description People and Culture Managers are responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of employees in an organization. They are also responsible for creating and maintaining a positive work environment and culture that is conducive to employee engagement and productivity. People and Culture Managers are responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employee relations, performance management, and compensation. They are also responsible for monitoring employee engagement and satisfaction, and providing guidance and support to managers and supervisors. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
