Order Management And Billing Analyst Jobs

Minimum of 2 years of previous telecommunications experience in sales support, billing, or order management role required.

Utilize order management and billing programs to process requests, orders, tickets, and tasks accurately and in a timely manner.

Manage one-time credits and back-billed credits, reporting them effectively to management.

Participate in management meetings to contribute to the company's business objectives.

Determine remote staffing requirements, interview, hire, and train new team members.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while working remotely.

You have Experience with order management systems like Charles River (CRD), Tableau and Alteryx a plus.

You have an exceptional understanding of risk management and overall control environment.

You have a Bachelor’s degree and have worked within the investment management industry for a few years.

Remote location: Associate will have no regular requirement to be on-site. Travel on-site is limited to special events.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required in Business or Related Field

Experience with relevant computer applications required including Data Warehouse, MS Office (advanced Excel) and Outlook.

Experience in SAP and WM recommended.

Strong business acumen skills: strategic thinking, leadership, market orientation, analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, detail oriented.

Can effectively communicate with upper-level management and external customers in both a written and verbal manner

Knowledge and experience with SQL a plus

Monitor and manage various system exceptions which may be impacting the business

Understand full order lifecycle and business processes in a Direct-to-Consumer retail environment

Be able to spot trends, assess and identify issues that need to be escalated to more senior team members

Responsible for working with SAP superusers to improve their system understanding and roll-out of new SAP related enhancements and initiatives.

Help with troubleshooting and root cause analysis of day-to-day issues faced by the business.

Promote standardization of IT systems and best practice process adoption where possible.Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or business administration

Excellent analytical skills and experience working with large data sets

2-5 years of relevant work experience
