Provide regular reports on order processing rates and fulfillment Issues to the Order Fulfillment Manager

Minimum of three years experience in an order processing role, or role that requires regular use of database or e-commerce tools

Experience using e-commerce and cloud-based order-processing tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Receive and process customer orders submitted via email, online store, and phone

Communicate with printing & fulfillment vendors to relay special ordering instructions, and troubleshoot order fulfillment issues

5+ years of industry experience in fulfillment, supply chain operations, or warehouse management

Experience using digital logistics tools such as inventory management systems (IMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and warehouse management systems (WMS)

Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfillment to meet operational goals.

Provide data-backed and actionable updates to senior management to improve order fulfillment SLAs and partner performance.

A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in supply chain management, project management, business, logistics operations, or other related field

Support efforts to attain certifications (such as ISO 9001)

•Strong negotiation skills with several logistic companies (Ups, Fedex, Dhl ecc..)

•Solid experience in working with global and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

•High-tech supply chain experience is a plus

•Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

•Strong working knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc…)

•Lower down error rate to reach an error-free center

Answer and resolve Payroll/Garnishment/Benefits/FAO/OSV Finance questions to provide accurate information in a timely and concise manner

Experience in a customer service industry

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Responsible for review of task, updating system status daily, internal communication between other departments and Fulfillment

Interact with various departments within and outside the company to answer questions

Work on special projects as assigned

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years export operations or order management of freight forwarder operations experience

Using OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) and logistics expertise to utilize the optimum mode of transport for shipments

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Materials or Supply Chain Management

Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different countries and cultures

Coordinating and communicating shipment delivery requirements with freight forwarders

Ensuring all processes and documentation are in accordance with GEHC & Export compliance requirements

5+ years of industry experience in fulfillment, supply chain operations, or warehouse management

Two (2) years of customer service experience

Two or more years of related healthcare experience.
