Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000 (+ additional bonus opportunities)

The job:

The Onboarding Account Manager is responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients and ensuring a smooth transition into the company's products and services.

What You Will Do:

  • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including understanding their specific needs and requirements, setting up their accounts, and training them on how to use the company's products and services.
  • Build relationships: Develop a strong relationship with clients from initial contact through the onboarding process, and throughout the lifecycle of the client.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the onboarding process and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
  • Continuous improvement: Work with internal teams to improve the onboarding process, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including notes on their specific needs and requirements, and any issues that arise during the onboarding process.
  • Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling the company's products and services to existing clients.
  • Client satisfaction: Ensure that clients are satisfied with the onboarding process and the company's products and services, and gather feedback to help improve the process.
  • Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between the client and the internal teams during the onboarding process, including the sales team, customer support, and other relevant teams.


Who You Are and What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of Account Management and/or Onboarding Experience in SaaS
  • Ability to travel to client site
