About the role:

The Sales Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing the onboarding process of new sales team members for Pompa Program co. This includes facilitating training sessions, creating training materials, and ensuring that new sales reps are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their role. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales managers and subject matter experts to ensure that training content is up to date and relevant
  • Deliver training sessions both in person and virtually, using a variety of delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product, to ensure that sales reps have the information they need to effectively sell the company's products or services
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in sales training and onboarding
  • Running an effective onboarding program for a group of new sales reps
  • Assess the effectiveness of the onboarding program and make recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to introduce them to the company culture, values, and sales process
  • Create training materials and documentation, including sales playbooks, scripts, and presentation decks
  • Monitor the progress of new hires and provide coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years of experience in sales training or onboarding
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or SalesLoft
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation Range:

$65-85K/yr salary
