Overview An OEM Account Coordinator is responsible for managing the relationships between a company and its Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers. They are responsible for ensuring that the company’s products and services meet the needs of the OEM customers, as well as providing support and guidance to the OEM customers. Detailed Job Description An OEM Account Coordinator is responsible for managing the relationships between a company and its OEM customers. This includes providing support and guidance to the OEM customers, as well as ensuring that the company’s products and services meet the needs of the OEM customers. The Account Coordinator is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the OEM customers, as well as providing customer service and technical support.
