A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNT MANAGER / COORDINATOR


As an Account Manager / Coordinator, you are a crucial link between our marketing team and our clients. When customers sign on with us for help with their marketing, you are there to walk them through every step of the process. Because you and our clients share a passion for good health, you use that common bond as the foundation for a strong working relationship.


Working full-time, you guide our clients through onboarding, using video conferencing when necessary to familiarize them with our processes. You also meet weekly to perform a marketing review, which helps both you and the client see how things are progressing. Skilled in the use of social media, you help our clients use Facebook and other social media platforms to get the word out about their services.


Always happy to help, you provide whatever support they need to implement their marketing plans. Our clients appreciate your excellent customer service as well as the social media savvy you bring to the table. You enjoy seeing their businesses take off because of their increased visibility. Knowing you play such a key role in their success brings you great satisfaction!


Qualifications For An Account Manager / Coordinator


  • Great phone and video conferencing (Zoom) skills
