Overview Nurse Program Coordinator I is a professional who is responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of a healthcare organization's nursing program. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and providing guidance and support to nursing staff. Detailed Job Description Nurse Program Coordinator I is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the nursing program within a healthcare organization. This includes developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures, monitoring compliance with applicable regulations, and providing guidance and support to nursing staff. The Nurse Program Coordinator I is also responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of nursing education programs, ensuring that nursing staff receive the necessary training and support to perform their duties effectively. Additionally, the Nurse Program Coordinator I is responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the nursing program, including budgeting, staffing, and scheduling.
