5+ years of experience, including strategy & operations and/or business operations roles at high-growth startups

Demonstrable experience juggling multiple mission-critical and cross-functional stakeholders to successful outcomes

Excellent communication skills, clear can-do attitude, and willingness to do what it takes to drive progress

Preparing for Board meetings, All-Hands meetings, and other key stakeholder meetings

Perform financial analyses, create clear presentations, and run data analyses

Manage and execute complex projects.

Strategic thinker: Bring outside-in thinking to the organization, highlighting industry trends that should be considered and evaluated.

Gain and maintain leadership trust.

Develop and finalize executive presentations.

Salesforce Admin or Developer experience highly preferred.

Salesforce experience required. SAP and POS by GK preferred

At least 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or related field
