Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Azurity’s CRM and Marketing platform expert.
  • Resolve assigned requests and incidents.
  • Act as a project manager for small scale initiatives.
  • Support data analysis, problem analysis, data upload, and systems configuration for systems and processes that support the Commercial organization.
  • Document business and systems processes.
  • Support Azurity’s Commercial Excellence strategy and related new technology to determine Next Best Customer (NBC) and Next Best Action (NBA).


Education & Experience:

  • Working knowledge of sales & marketing terminology and best practices.
  • At least two (2) years of experience supporting sales and marketing systems and processes. Systems implementation and consulting experience considered a plus.
  • Flexibility to wear several hats, ranging from strategy to hands-on systems work as needed.
  • Demonstrated business communications, influencing, and situational awareness skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference for majors relating to computer science, business, finance, marketing, or similar fields of study.
  • Business process design and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Visio.
  • Innovative and proactive mindset.
  • CRM platform support experience required, with preference for those with Salesforce or Veeva experience.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Next Best Actions (NBA) and Next Best Customers (NBC) capabilities and related logarithms.
  • Power BI and/or Tableau and data modeling skills.
  • Experience with Veeva Vault and Veeva Network.
  • Ability to work as an architect, a leader, program manager and hands-on individual contributor. Direct experience and skills relating to the deployment of a marketing or campaign management platform. Specific experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot preferred.
  • Project management experience and certifications.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceuticals, medical device, or life science industry.
  • Business or IT consulting experience, especially related to business and systems Digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with Salesforce / Veeva CRM.
  • Experience with marketing campaign solutions such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
  • Working knowledge of product-related websites and related web development, to include SEO.
  • Prior experience working in a lean IT organization where each person must apply diverse skills and take responsibility for multiple processes and systems.
