Position Overview:

This position is available to work from home in California only.
Assists in implementation and support of the application and data integration managed by Information Services (IS). Provides routine application and technical support for the product line in addition to providing triage and troubleshooting assistance to the product clients. Monitors the systems for data quality, efficiency, operation, and data integrity while escalating issues and problems as needed. Assists in systems analysis, design, development, documentation, and configuration as well as testing and training of the product. Lastly, provides standardization direction for the product aligning the application version and workflow with current standards.

• Responsible for maintaining metrics for EDI file validation/reconciliation
• Responsible for processing inbound/outbound EDI files for Managed Care and Resolute Operations.
• Provides direct support of internal and external customers. Working support tickets, answering calls on the EDI Support phone line, following up on fax requests and voicemails.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Associate's: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent education/experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Demonstrated knowledge of data and application development lifecycle methodologies.
General knowledge of healthcare operations and structure.
General knowledge of business or clinical software with general understanding the technical environment of product lines for which they are responsible.
Knowledge of application environments including production, test and interfaces is preferred.
Basic understanding of downstream applications and core systems integration.
Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Pay Range: $29.56 - $42.87 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
