Work closely with CHRO and liaison with the global management team in initiatives and business strategies
Oversee/assist in the day-to-day delivery of Human Resources projects, programs, and strategies (communication, onboarding, talent management)
Assist with the implementation or upgrading of new HR system modules as needed (i.e. performance management, recruiting, onboarding, LMS)
Manage the data integrity of HRIS and run reports routinely to analyze data for ongoing issues, projects, or functions
Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field (degree may be substituted for an additional 2 years experience)
