Logistics Team Coordinator Jobs

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with regulatory requirements, production standards, and Textron Business Conduct guidelines

May provide reports and status updates to manager and interested parties as required

Fill, pack, wrap, protect, consolidate, and arrange orders according to instructions

Safely operate various warehouse equipment in order to assist with moving product

Facilitating non-gameday and gameday events, including off-site activations, on-field presentations, Alumni autograph signings, Kids Run the Bases, and post-game concerts

Technical knowledge and skills in electric, electronic, PLC (Siemens), CNC, robot programming, mechanical

Manage continuous improvement and optimization activities to improve the safety, quality, efficiency and profitability of the installed manufacturing equipment.

Ensure high level of skills maintained in maintenance and programmer personnel.

6-8 years of work experience, preferably in the Automotive Industry

Experience in highly automated production equipment

Knowledge of office management with good clerical and organizational skills.

Inform and consult with staff for the proper management of clinical documentation, court paperwork and insurance verifications.

Operate and coordinate the computer and management information systems for the program.

Excellent clerical and organizational skills.

Experience with electronic health record preferred.

Prepare team documentation reports and maintain all informational databases regularly.

Adhering to safety management standards.

Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.

Securing loads to machine before transportation.

Inspecting load prior to ship or load to rack system

Operating and managing technical equipment.

Managing inventory by scanning equipment.

2+ years of logistics or vendor management experience

Experience using a variety of operating systems with knowledge of networking, connectivity, and internet protocol

Delegating tasks to team members based on their skill sets and project needs

Collaborating with the team Manager and Director as needed

Customer service experience in a fast-paced, professional work environment

Effectively communicate, motivate, and develop front-line staff

Efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize.

Previous experience in an administrative or support role would be beneficial
