Where are we?

Position Summary
The Logistics Team Lead is responsible for day-to-day operations of the shipping, receiving, and RMA departments. This role plays a critical role in supporting the Company’s on-time delivery and inventory goals and objectives.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Reviewing of Z-report to ensure orders shipped on-time.
• Engage and motivate the team for non-standard tasks or projects that are aligned with site goals
• Work with CS to ensure orders are entered appropriately including correct part numbers (new vs refurb) and getting GTS blocks are cleared
• Use intermediate problem solving skills to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
• Work with Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to create schedule to ensure all shipping and receiving needs are met to ensure plant On Time Delivery goals are met.
• Work with team on the floor to ensure all day to day needs are being met including working 25%-50% of time as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
• Responsible for the Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity for the department.
• Train new and existing team members on current & future SOPs
• Work with material and production teams to ensure plant On Time Delivery goals are met
• Participate in EBS training/events and apply EBS tools

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Must be willing and able to meet the work schedule requirements of the job including overtime with limited notice. This role requires an individual who has a strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and delegate work accordingly in a fast-paced environment.
Education And/or Experience

• 1+ Years leading or supervising a logistics team in a manufacturing environment
• MS Office experience including Excel and Outlook
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience with ERP or any internal business system
• 2+ years of experience in shipping domestically, using WorldShip

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in shipping internationally
• 1+ years of experience with SAP
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing environment
• 1+ years forklift experience
• 2+ years of coordinating with Customer Service team any order priorities/issues

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand at workstation for long periods of time.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements of the job: lift up to 35 pounds, complete assisted lifts of 35-50 pounds, push or pull containers on a pallet jacks, repetitive bending and stooping, and may require occasional lifting overhead.

At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
$23.30 - $27.90 per hour
