We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer and Developer to join our team.

Create strategic design deliverables, customer journeys, and concepts of future experiences.

Translate business requirements and user needs into detailed user flows and annotated wireframes for development.

Conduct evaluative user testing, secondary research, and session replay analysis to improve experiences.

Lead review sessions of in progress work with partners (product managers, engineers, business stakeholders), UX team, and leadership.

Formal education in Human Centered Design, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, or related field

5+ years of UX experience working with an agile product team; corporate B2B experience preferred

Web Design Experience: You should have experience in web design, with a strong understanding of creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

You will be expected to provide examples of previous web development projects that showcase your design talent and problem-solving skills.

Your primary focus will be in the digital space, with an emphasis on social channels.

Log and track evolving design decisions, product requirements, and design tickets

At least 2 years of applied work experience in professional UX/UI design for other clients / brands, or an agency setting

Experience in creating design libraries, sitemaps, task flows, low- and high-fidelity layouts and wireframes, and prototypes.

Skilled in XD, Sketch, InVision, Figma, Axure, and/ or other design and prototyping tools

Helpful - Working knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Excellent time-management, multi-tasking skills; and the ability to quickly prioritize tasks

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS)

Demonstrate skill and creativity in selecting the right mix of research, design, and visualization methods to remove obstacles or create alignment

Leaders across marketing to understand product experiences and align on strategy

A degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, a related field, or equivalent industry experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX or UI designer, preferably in web UX specifically.
