Three years of experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a creative or technical field.

Portfolio demonstrating experience solving complex UX problems and designing thoughtfully crafted web and mobile experiences for large-scale clients.

Excellent collaboration skills. High degree of creativity, empathy, and passion.

Experience with Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methodologies.

Solid time management skills to handle tasks on their own to their completion

Work with the Lead UX designer in shaping the Gameplay User Experience

Work with the Lead UX designer in shaping the Tools User Experience

Experience creating complex/deep user experiences for Games, Apps, or Web

Experience working with a large team to deliver shared goals

Experience shipping or launching at least one game or app

Work with team leads to define and understand functionality, design, and technical requirements.

Demonstrate understanding of game aesthetic and branding requirements.

Specialized training in graphic and interactive design or illustration from a 4 year program or equivalent level of professional experience required.

Two plus years of professional experience designing for games and/or interactive media.

Have an thorough understanding of game front-end UX flow and HUD systems.

Be able to conceptualize, present, and implement ideas on schedule.

Ability to effectively communicate user experience data, design proposals and product specifications and negotiate options at senior management levels.

Leads and expands relationships with internal and outsourced partners on user experience design and development.

Provides domain-specific expertise and overall user experience design leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.

Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and design language into projects and activities in the user experience design organization.

Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
