Library Ux Designer Jobs in Minnesota

Experience working in UX/UI design roles and evangelizing Design Thinking across multi-disciplinary teams.

Proven experience solutioning across devices- frameworks- platforms- responsive states etc.

Deep experience working within and contributing to design systems that consistently scale across platforms.

Experience with complex prototyping and data visualization design

Inject design into the product development lifecycle through each stage: ideation- concepting- feasibility- development- deployment- QA- analysis.

Lead formal usability testing sessions with a broad set of user types.

Assist with validating and measuring user experience success via usability testing and post deployment evaluations

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design

Experience with WCAG accessibility standards

Experience with Agile and/or lean philosophy and methods

Design experience for both web and mobile

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong understanding of software development practices, coding, and software architecture; past coding or product management experience a plus

Excellent organizational, time and project management skills

Update and maintain our design system based on the requirements of product delivery teams

Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and ensure a seamless user experience

Work with developers to modify HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts of web applications to align with designed experience

Demonstrate both user interface and user experience concepts to stakeholders
