  • This role is based in our McLean, VA corporate office***


Our Global HR team partners with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members.


What will I be doing?


This role will be responsible for supporting the design and development of learning tools and resources to support Hotel Operations Learning across multiple brands and categories.


The person in this role will provide associate support to the Brands & Hotel Operations Learning team, working with category clients, and learning leadership to identify learning solutions for specific functional areas and targeted roles. This person will help with the procurement, development, and launch of training through project management, metrics/analytics, and end-user communication. This team member will support the overall team by clearly communicating with stakeholders across a matrix environment, aligning learning content with business objectives, and providing measurable results.


More Specifically, You Will


  • Communicate clearly and timely to hotel leaders across email and over Microsoft Teams
  • Assist with the creation, implementation, and ongoing support of learning programs
  • Partner closely with the Learning consultants supporting Hotel Operations for all brands and categories
  • Support the development of curricula for each area of our Brands & Hotel Operations Learning functions
  • Build effective, positive relationships with internal partners, clients, and vendors
  • Manage program updates and scheduling of instructor-led training as needed
  • Provide analysis of learning programs and their effectiveness
  • Support administration and reporting within the Learning Management System (LMS), as well as creation and maintenance of other software technologies
  • Provide excellent service delivery to our primary business partners across the categories


What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:


  • Two (2) years of Learning and Development experience
  • Two (2) years of Corporate or Hospitality experience


It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following preferred capabilities and distinctions:


  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience working with hospitality operations
  • Experience working within a global, matrixed environment
  • Data analytics experience (i.e. running and analyzing reports, excel analysis, storytelling through data, etc.)
