The CSI Companies is currently searching for a HYBRID Learning Experience Designer for a well-known Credit Union in the Duluth, GA area! Come join an innovative group of individuals that are excited to expand their team!



Employment Type: Direct Hire

Starting Salary: $65,000+/year- based on experience

Schedule: Standard Business Hours- HYBRID- 2x/week in office

Location: Duluth, GA- 30097



Responsibilities:

  • May serve as a back-up facilitator to support training
  • Recommends changes to existing courses, including technology or instructional methods, to better adhere to delivery options for the course based on course review and feedback
  • Evaluates and designs a variety of instructional materials for self-paced, virtual, and traditional instructor-led courses, guides, online programs, web-based learning, quick reference guides, or products, and other programs as needed.
  • Develops materials for courses based on information provided by stakeholders, subject matter experts, and instructors to create the best coursework
  • Creates pre- and post-assessments for all learning
  • Creates and edits training module storyboards and content
