Our client is a leading automotive component supplier that specializes in providing advanced technology solutions for the automotive industry. They are currently seeking a Sales Support/AR Analyst to join their team in Rochester Hills, Michigan.

As the Sales Support/AR Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in various aspects of the sales process, including order entry, customer service, and account receivables management. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
• Managing customer orders and ensuring timely and accurate order entry
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Managing account receivables and ensuring timely payments from customers

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• 4 - 7 years of experience in sales support or account receivables management in a manufacturing or automotive industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
