Operate and maintain downstream secondary equipment.

5 years' experience as injection molding process technician.

Familiar with all aspects of injection molding machines, decoupled molding techniques, and knowledge of engineering grade resins.

Develop and improve accuracy of the injection molding machines and processes.

Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Assist with new mold samples and assist in the creation of full documentation on all processing parameters.

Meets with the Shift Supervisor and other Process Technicians to discuss all issues relating to the shop floor.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

Regular attendance in order to work packaging shifts as scheduled by packaging manager weekly.

Attend special events and brewery staff meetings as requested by Packaging Manager.

Advanced mathematical and reasoning skills

Strong overall understanding of safety procedures, regulations and requirements

Excellent written and verbal skills.

Assists RN with delegated skills/tasks for which student nurse tech has received training upon while gaining nursing exposure and experience.

Obtains feedback from patients and visitors regarding their hospital experience.

Provides clinical care of patients as evidence by previous clinical experiences and competency validation.

With oversight and/or direction reinforces patient education.

Previous Nurse Assistant work experience preferred.

BLS certification through an AHA approved course required prior to program start date.

Electrical wiring experience and some knowledge of how PLCs, sensors, and other electrical components are wired and work

Work closely with product design engineering teams to define requirements

5+ years plastic injection molding experience in a production environment

7+ years plastic injection molding experience in a production environment

Strong skills in troubleshooting with scientific, Paulson or RJG processes

Comprehensive knowledge and thorough understanding of robotics and auxiliary equipment used with plastics Injection molding machines

Warehouse Management System knowledge a plus.

Ensure the injection molding machines are set to the correct process parameters to produce

Experience producing J-STD-001 Class 2, IPC-A-610 Class 2 or equivalent hardware

Advanced knowledge of auxiliary equipment (mold temperature controllers, hot runner controllers, sprue pickers, robots).

Advanced knowledge of building maintenance systems (Water Tower, Central Chiller, and Air Compressors).

Experience working with Decoupled III Molding processes and process development

Advanced plastics processing training certifications (example: Master Molder)

Tool design, toolmaking or tool repair experience

Solid technical ability, equipment set up, and troubleshooting skills

Experience following and developing procedures for preventative maintenance

Experience documenting work inside a quality system (IQ, OQ, PQ)

Minimum six months experience using hand tools

Exhibit proficiency in the required skills, abilities, and responsibilities for the position

Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing preferred
