Maintains and organizes all PAI documentation in the IRF-PAI Manual.

Initiates the PAI form within 24 hours of the patients admission.

Printed copy of the PAI is signed and placed into the patients medical record at discharge.

Prepares reports using the data collected, to enhance IRU program evaluation and P.I., as assigned and appropriate.

Effectively communicates with interdisciplinary team members when collecting clinical data and discussing cases for PAI preparation.

Demonstrates flexibility in relationships with staff and physicians; maintains good rapport.

One (1) year of full-time professional work experience. Appropriate combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.

Experience with general computing and spreadsheets or ability to learn on the job.

Knowledge of academic assessment at the collegiate level (both implementation and provenance to the institution).

Create, manage, and deploy stat requests from external JED teams to Design & Impact team to ensure efficient and suitable responses/support

1-2 years of work experience with data analytics and/or research project support

Experience or interest in adolescent mental health and suicide prevention

Experience working in non-profit and/or public health settings

Delivering sophisticated calendar management for Impact Leadership by handling the scheduling and logistics for regularly occurring meetings and other requests.

Supporting meeting notes, and synthesizing takeaways and next steps.

Providing direct administrative support to Impact Leadership staff individually and collectively, including coordinating logistical support for team gatherings and meetings.

Providing accountability and tracking for programmatic processes.

Drafting templates and gathering announcements to streamline communications to service members and program staff.
