Job Description
Florida SouthWestern State College is accepting resumes in search of a Coordinator, Assessment & Effectiveness to join our team of exceptional employees. This position aids the Assistant Vice President of Institutional Research, Assessment, & Effectiveness (AVP) with data collection and organization in Academic Affairs assessment.

The ideal candidate will have:


  • Experience with general computing and spreadsheets or ability to learn on the job.
  • Knowledge of academic assessment at the collegiate level (both implementation and provenance to the institution).
  • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
  • Willingness to travel to other campus locations for data collection, networking, and regional travel.
  • One (1) year of full-time professional work experience. Appropriate combination of education and experience may be substituted.
