Overview:
The Human Resource Lead is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the Human Resources department. This includes developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent, as well as managing employee relations, compensation, and benefits. The Human Resource Lead is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Detailed Job Description:
The Human Resource Lead is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent. This includes recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees, as well as managing employee relations, compensation, and benefits. The Human Resource Lead is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, the Human Resource Lead is responsible for managing the performance management process, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations.What is Human Resource Lead Job Skills Required?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
