Job Title: Owner’s Representative – Program Manager, Healthcare Construction

2-5 years of owner representative/project management experience, specifically in Hospitals, Healthcare Systems, Pharmaceutical, Bio Life Science and related projects.

Knowledge and ability to supervise people including recruitment, training, performance management, and people development.

Demonstrated experience with project management software and applications.

Bachelor’s Degree, in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.

Assist the PM in leading cross functional healthcare projects and initiatives with demanding resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.

Forecast, identify and addresses areas of potential liabilities and risks.

B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field position, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with construction management software required. Experience with CMiC and Bluebeam preferred.

Experience and knowledge of commercial construction means and methods, application of LEED certifications, and a thorough understanding of industry practices.

Acquire working knowledge of all project specific plans and specifications.

Perform the required construction layout responsibilities.

At least 2-5 years of experience, preferably in general contracting.

May instruct others on projects or assignments without management responsibility for Lendlease employees.

Seeks out knowledge of specific construction trades and an awareness of their technical capabilities. Applies this awareness to problem solving.

Demonstrated prior success in management of small scale construction projects

Monitors project progress, sequencing logic, identifies and manages associated temporary works.

Has a solid understanding of the skills and expertise of the broader team and harnesses the relevant professionals to maximize success.

4-year degree in an accredited industry related curriculum, or experience equivalent to a 4-year degree

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and employees to ensure project schedules are met

Oversee and manage subcontractors and employees

Manage project budgets and timelines

Provide regular progress reports to project managers

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction projects

Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety guidelines

Competitive base salary between $85,000-$110,000, based on skills and project experience

Knowledgeable of contract documents required for proper planning of construction staffing, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination

Ground up experience is ideal

5+ years of experience in commercial construction

Health-care, light industrial, or commercial experience is preferred

Strong mentoring and teaching skills

Run/manage project from start to finish

5+ years of experience working in the construction industry

Healthcare project experience is a massive plus but not required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Above market average salary(110K-160K based on experience)

Competitive Base + Bonus between $95,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)

The Superintendent will be offered
