Job Details

You're a successfully performing Project Manager/Senior Project Manager with at least 3 or more years of experience managing projects in a healthcare setting, including MOBs and hospitals. You have a deep understanding of ground up construction, expansion, addition, and renovations in this space. You're proficient in CMiC (or similar project management software).

In this role you will

• Maintain accurate project documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulations and codes
• Manage project teams, budgets, and schedules
• Monitor progress and communicate with stakeholders
• Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management
• Mitigate risks and drive improvement opportunities
